I just bought a Brother enterperuner PR650 E embroidery machine can I hook up direct to my machine

You certainly can. The embroidery file has to be exported first as a .pes or .dst format. You should have a usb cable with your machine. When you "Save As" or "Export", you will see the drive letter for the embroidery machine as you would an external drive. After the file is saved, press the computer icon on the embroidery machine and you will see the design. I have a BMP9 which is the Baby Lock counterpart to your machine.
