Does anyone downloaded and install the training video, i have downloaded the video and tried to play them after completed the installation and activated it, when i played it the video explorer prompts out with no picture only black skrin with mouse click sound.

There could be other video players in your system interfering with Stitch Era´s. Make sure you got the latest version of all other video players in your system, or remove them if you don´t need them. Much of this stuff is the bloatware that comes with computers.

Anthony, Did you specifically download the activation for the video (.stp). If you log in to the service center, the link is towards the bottom.
