I´ve been using Stitch Era (first Universal, and now Liberty for the last several days), and today I cannot select stitches except one at a time with the cursor, and then there is no indication that it has been selected except that the arrow head appears by the cursor, and the stitch is dragged by the mouse pointer.
I can select from the menu to select stitches using the rectangle or outline methods, but when I put the rectangle or outline around the desired stitches, there is no indication they´ve been selected. I can select a group of stitches by selecting the first and last in the group. They then show up in bold, but in all cases, when I go to move them with the Move tool, the entire section moves, not just the selected stitch ends. When I select an individual stitch end, it does move when I drag it, as expected.
Is there any reset I can click on to get this back to the way it should work?
