I downloaded the new Version 11 and installed it and when I tried to access it I received a error message that access was denied. I tried this several times and then finally I called SWF EAST support. They have now basically told me that they have NO support info for version 11. Plus they told me that once version 11 is downloaded that it alters your security key so you can not go back to version 10. So now it seems I am stuck with unuasable software that is only a year old. Any help would be appreciated. I have also send a email to Support@Technologysouth.com.
Thanks Rich Egger

I suspected that. AVG is giving false positive on EXE and dlls. You can restore from AV vault, but as of right now it will "re ding" them on the next scan even if you add them to the exceptions. You can download AVAST or Windows Security essentials and you will be fine untill AVG fixes their problem.

Hi I had the same problem with the AVG when instaling Liberty "Version 11" but if you unistall the AVG and install the softwear then after that reinstall AVG that will save your problem, the AVG then will alowed the softwear to run without problems.

This is true. AVG did an update last week that cured this problem. You will still need to let AVG "know" that the program path/files are OK, but it will not automatically re-quarantine after the fact.
