I keep getting error when I open the program that says 1%missing. I have done the clean uninstall and re installed 11.30 it works for a day then right back with the error. When I get this error it will not let me use program at all. I have also allowed my firewall to let this program through but still acts up.

If it works after the install, there has to be something else at play that´s either erasing or doing a quarantine on some file. You may want to triple check with your antivirus / firewall to make sure ERA has full access, and you may also want to uninstall any "cleaning / maintenance" programs running in the background. If it only acts up after a day or so, that could be some other utility monitoring your computer. Sorry I don´t have more specifics.
