If you ever need to retrieve the STP password file for your Training Video, all you need to do is login to the SEWS site (SEWS = Stitch Era Web Services): www.StitchEra.com/SEWS
As soon as you login, you´ll see at the bottom of the page the Video Tutorial section, and a link to retrieve your Training Video password.
Note: the password to install Stitch Era is an SPP file (SPP = Sierra Program Password), whereas the password to install the Video Tutorial is an STP file (STP = Sierra Training Password).

Terri, the original post is from August 2009, so it must have been for the tutorial we had available back then for the earlier v9.xx. You didn´t miss much, that tutorial was cookie cutter stuff that anyone who has ever used other software could´ve figured out reading the imperfect manual. On later versins we had training material produced by others, with audio and in plain English (Bernadette did v10 DVD, Deborah jones did v11 DVD+CD set).

Actually I do have one of Bernadette´s videos. It was very well done, and it was extremely helpful starting out.
