There are motifs and ornaments shapes with a padlock, showing they need to be purchased. But when clicking to see what they cost, I see the message "The selected component type is currently not available for sale online. Sorry for the inconvenience." Why do you even have this in the software? Thank youl

i too would like to know this answer. i can buy fonts individually but not patterns . hopefully they will fix this good luck oxox

You will never get an answer from the software maker on this... This forum is horrible and almost never responded to. they leave it to those of us that bought their product to support each other and almost never monitor or update this thing....

That is too true. They only want us to purchase support. Though, I have purchased other extras and fonts. You would think they would want you to get the info to sell motifs and ornaments. Sad.
