How and where do I get a replacement dongle. How long does one take to replace?

I would contact the company you purchased the software/equipment from and speak to them. I asked the question before to the company I bought my software from and their response was....You would have to ship back the broken dongle and they would ship a new one out via the same shipping as you sent it. For example if you returned it overnight, they would ship a new one overnight. If you shipped it 3 day delivery, they would ship the new one 3 day delivery. If I´m not mistaken, there is also a replacement fee to get the new one...I want to say it´s over $200.00. At least that´s what I was told. Hope that helps.
