I just bought new fills online but am unaware on how to retrieve or download them. Any guidance would be helpful.

When I purchased my add on, I received an email that contained the password file to "unlock" the files. I didn´t receive it in the first email they sent, it was only my invoice, I replied to the email and they then sent the correct file. This is the instructions within the email. Hope it helps you .

Dear User: Thank you for your order of Stitch Era additional plug-ins. Attached to this message, you will find an electronic copy of your invoice in PDF format (Acrobat) and a file containing the password to unlock the components you purchased (listed below):
Add-On: Color Fill Pack,Add-On: Effects Pack
Please, proceed as follow:
1- Save the attached file to your disk 2- Close any opened Stitch Era product. 3- Click the Start button and select All Programs, Stitch Era, Stich Era Setup. 4- Check the option Install additional plug-ins 5- Use the controls located at the bottom to select the file with the password. 6- Click Install. The process may take some minutes, depending on the number of additional plug-ins you purchased. When it finishes, the additional plug-ins will be ready to use.
Please, keep this instructions and make a backup copy of the attached file.
