anyone know where the user manual is located? when I click the circle blue question mark I get not available? seems odd that for something that cost upwards of $1200 that you would not get a user manual and that this "forum" is so outdated.

I purchase the cams machine and the software came with my machine the user manual is for version 11 it came on a flash drive I would be more than glad to send you a copy

Did you find the manual? I can´t find it either! I agree everything is out dated in forum
