I have purchased the updrade to version 15. Before the purchase the system (Serria´s site) I could download the install and several *.CAB files. After the purchase I am able to get the password file and the downloader.exe file from Sierra. When I run the downloader a message stating it is contacting the download server. after 4 to 5 miutes I recieve an error message that the server can not be contacted?
Any suggestions

If you did not purchase tech support along with the upgrade THEY DO NOT help you!!
