When I open a design to edit it and I click on object manager or styles on the side bar it freezes. I then have to reboot my pc because I cannot access the programme anymore.
I now am unable to edit any of my designs because of this. I need help please urgently.

We are experiencing a similar event when selecting the hotfix text tool. have you been able to fix your issue?

Did anyone ever figure out how to resolve this issue? I just installed Hotfix Era on my new laptop running Windows 8 and I´m experiencing the same issue. Why does Sierra not have anyone to help with these issues!!! FRUSTRATING!!!
