I am having to constantly save my work (like every little edit I do) because I keep getting Access Violation Errors, thus causes the application to crash. I have noticed in Task Manager that the application has jumped from about 300+ MB to around 1.3GB. My laptop has 4GB of memory, running Vista Home Premium. Are there any compatibility issues with Vista that may be causing this. Also, I have tried enabling and disabling Hardware accelleration (my laptop has a dedicated 256MB nVidia video card GEForce 8600M GT), and this does not seem to make any difference. I have run registry cleaners to make sure that the uninstalled Trial Edition did not leave anything behind, but I got errors with that application as well (actually not as frequent, I just figured it was the Trial edition). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I run into the same problem only when I move text. Move, then save, move then save, move then save ... very aggrivatiing. I am using XP with very little loaded onto the maching ... 2g Ram. The maching was almost empty when I started using ERA

Fran, a new version, v9.20, has been released. It should address the Out of Memory issues some of you were experiencing. Follow the "Last Release Available" link on the left column to download it. RickS has already done so.

I don´t think all the out of memory issues have been fixed. We have a new installation with the latest update and experienced the out of memory error today (which is not normal for this machine).

Although this problem had subsided for some time, I am now getting Access Violation at address 1AECFCFD in module 'XForms.dll'. Read of Address 00000000 everytime I attempt to click on text that was created within SE and I´m running SE 10.04. Any suggestions? At this point, I´m pretty much shut down from quoting any new jobs through this application and this is not the season to be down.

Rick, when did it start? Also, is it when you load an existing design that has text, or when you open a new window and create new text too?
