You have at least two ways. 1) When CREATING the first half of the bulb, before closing the section, open the context menu (by pressing right mouse button) and choose "Close w/Mirror Shape". This will add a series of nodes to your section, layed out like a mirrored copy of what you have done, joint to the first node and the last one you made. 2) Having finished and generated the first half, make a mirrored copy and place one against the other, so there´s no gap between them. Place the directions, entry and exit points so that the stitches start on one end (left) of the first half, and finish on the other end (right) of the second half, making a smooth sweep of both sections. If the section´s shape is not very regular, you could also use the Branching tool. First make a block out of both sections. On the Block ribbon, Group & Combine tab, click on Branch, set entry and exit points (same places you had before) and press enter. You should get a similar result.
