My Stitch Era Liberty was running fine. Now though I am getting when I try to run Hotfix or Design:
Exception EAccessViolation in module ERA.exe at 00E7rrD0. Access violation at address 012744D0 in modula 'ERA.exe'. Read of address 00000004.

I even tried a System Restore thinking some Microsoft updates could be responsible. Please let me know if you have any ideas please. It is very difficult to post here with your spam codes. I enter correctly and says it is invalid. When I get a new code "post message" is greyed out and I have to cancel.

Terri, I don´t believe your SEL dongle has HotFix on it, unless you purchased separately? Also, System Restore is not reliable. There are so many entries modified in the Windows Registry that it´s very difficult to do a true restore.

I am certain I did purchase Hotfix. I´ve removed all traces of the old installation from my computer and the registry entries. It will run the Design now.

The errors are gone now. But, if I click the Hotfix desktop shortcut I do not get the Hotfix, but the Design menu. I copied this from the software menu system info. It should be helpful to you:
