If I am running 2 different brands of machines, and I´ve purchased both ERA "drivers" (for lack of a better word), can I use the same PC to create the different export files from ERA? Meaning, will it give me a choice which export type I want to create when I go to export a design file?

If both drivers are for the same dongle, yes.
