Hi, Whenever I tried to auto digitize, I cannot seem to get the white area of the design to generate any stitches. Any suggestions?

Is this white area in the middle of the design, or is it the background? If it sees it as the background, you may have the option to not generate background checked?

If the background is white you could change the white area color inside your design to a different color in the graphics part so that it will digitize and then the background still wouldn´t be digitized

Laura, good to see you here!

Actually, when you click on the Art to Stitch icon to autodigitize any image, the Color Settings tab will allow you to tell the software which color is the background, so it doesn´t generate stitches for it.

It´s the "Transparent Color" option, page 7-4 of your manual has a screenshot.
