My Ellegante connects via USB cable. It reads the .pes file type, however I can not get a project to a .pes. Using the connection manager only allows serial or parrell. I am not sure what I am missing. I just want to be able to use my design on my machine. I have gone through the manual several times with no solution... Please HELP! Thank you

Try saving to your computer and then convert it to the format that you can use. I am assuming you have a software that wil convert designs. If you don´t that would be something worth buying.
