I get a series of error messages and have not been able thus far to even use the product. There is no reference to the error codes I am getting in the on-line help. I am VERY frustrated. Why isn´t there some to call for help?

When the software encounters an display an error code, you may find this code on the Troubleshooting section. However there are some other error codes sent by Windows (on Windows messages) when it finds problems with system o hardware resources (ports, drivers, firewall, anti-virus, system permissions, etc).
Please contact the support team. They will help you to determine the failure cause.

Sometimes, its best to provide information like, when did the error occur? and what was the error says exactly? eventhough it does not specifically refers to the software. Sometimes, its the windows. If you can provide some detailed info, perhaps the technical team can better understand your situation.

That is correct. More information we have about any problem, easier and faster the solution will come. Fortunately, we found the source of this unusual problem (after some days of work between the user and the support team): an incorrect setting of the McAfee firewall. At this time the software is running.

Great. Those who has comprehensive antivirus too might face similar problems, e.g. those who are using Kaspersky.

I also had alot of trouble installing the software, (object not registered...ect). In the end I had to install the software in safe mode, After that everything worked.

Installed just fine here, oldie Windows XP computer w/ 1 GB Ram and 64 MB video card. But, I don´t have McAfee - only Norton Internet Security.
